グローバルに利用される投資・ファンド関連データを管理・提供するデータ基盤を支えるポジションです。
日々のデータ運用から品質管理、SQL・Pythonを用いた改善まで、安定性と専門性の両方が求められます。

投資・ファンド・ポートフォリオに関わる共通データを世界各拠点で活用しており、データガバナンスと品質管理を重視した運用体制を構築しています。
職務内容
- 内外部から受領するデータファイルの管理、日次ETLバッチ処理の監視および障害対応
- データ品質・整合性の確保、タイムリーなイベントモニタリング
- データウェアハウス（GUI）を用いた運用業務
- ロードプロセスの監視
- 例外処理対応
- マスターデータ管理
- ユーザーアクセス権限の管理
- データ関連プロジェクトのサポートおよびドキュメンテーション作成
- SQLおよびPythonコードのレビュー、修正・改善対応

Required Skills
必須要件
- Windows環境でのIT基礎スキル（実務経験5年以上）
- データベースおよびSQLの実務知識
- データ運用・保守の経験3年以上
- EDM／MDMツールの経験があれば尚可
- 金融業界での業務経験（特にファンド／口座／ポートフォリオデータの理解がある方歓迎）
- SQLおよびMicrosoft Excelの実務スキル
- Pythonの使用経験（尚可）
- 生成AI関連技術への理解・関心（尚可）
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
- 新しい知識を前向きに吸収できる方
- 健全なプロフェッショナルマインドをお持ちの方
- 指示を理解しつつ、自律的に業務を進められる方
- 責任感を持って業務に取り組める方
