【主な業務内容】
自社ウェブサイトおよび複数のECサイトの運用・改善（高パフォーマンスで快適なUXを実現）
EC・CRM・ERPなど各種システムの連携とデータフローの最適化
社内データの統合・可視化環境の構築（正確なデータ基盤の整備）
KPIや売上分析を行うリアルタイムダッシュボードの開発
Power Automateなどを活用した業務プロセスの自動化
社内向けの簡易アプリやツールの開発・改修
新しい技術トレンドのキャッチアップとEC事業拡大への応用

・モダンな開発スキル
-フロントエンド：React または Vue の高度な操作スキル。
-バックエンド：Node.js、Python、または .NET 環境での開発経験。
・データ設計・連携能力
-REST/GraphQL API を用いた実装経験。
-データの正確性を重視したリレーショナルデータベース（SQL）の管理・運用能力。
・自動化マインドセット
-単に問題を修正するだけでなく、仕組み化による解決（自動化）を追求できる方。
※ Microsoft Power Automate の活用経験があれば尚可。
・グローバルな視点
-多通貨、多言語、および国際物流の複雑な仕様に対応できるシステムの設計能力。
