急成長EC「Expandy」のマーケティング全権を握り、戦略立案から実行・分析まで一気通貫で担うポジション。大手代理店の「作業運用」とは一線を画し、自分次第で予算配分、チームビルド、キャンペーンクリエイティブまで自由にデザイン可能。データ×クリエイティブを武器に、売上を伸ばし、ブランドを全世界へ押し上げたい方に最適です。
【主な業務内容】
自社ECサイトおよび関連サービスのブランド強化・売上最大化に向け、マーケティング戦略の立案・実行・分析を統括します。
具体的には以下の業務をお任せします。
・全体マーケティング戦略の企画・実行（広告、SNS、SEO、メール、インフルエンサー等マルチチャネル）
・広告運用チーム、コンテンツチームとの連携とディレクション
・市場・競合分析とKPI設定（売上、LTV、CAC、ブランド認知度等）
・キャンペーン企画・クリエイティブディレクション（季節イベント、プロモーション）
・データ分析（GA4、Salesforce等）とレポート作成、改善提案
・予算管理とROI最大化
・社内外パートナーとの折衝
