主な職務内容

  • リード創出からアフターサポートまで、営業プロセス全体を管理
  • 顧客開拓や提案、営業プロセスへのテクノロジーの活用・導入
  • 担当地域における市場拡大および売上成長の実現
  • Salesforceなどのツールを活用したCRM管理および市場データ分析
  • 顧客の課題に対し、技術やビジネスに関する知見を生かして付加価値の高いソリューションを提案していくこと

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sales support for life science clients.
  • Introduce innovative technologies early in the customer development process to secure long-term contracts and recurring revenue.
  • Expand market share within the assigned territory by collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data using tools like Salesforce to track pipelines and analyze market trends.
  • Provide technical expertise and strategic consultation to solve complex customer challenges.

  • ライフサイエンスまたは製薬業界での法人営業経験、フィールドセールス経験3年以上
  • バイオテクノロジー・生物工学や製薬の専門知識
  • CRM(例:Salesforce)を使用して営業データを管理した経験
  • 複雑なB2B営業プロセスの管理および顧客関係構築の実績

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales processes and long-term client relationships.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
