Join a global leader in healthcare as a Commercial Marketing Executive for medical devices in Japan, driving the localization of global strategies into impactful market initiatives.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between global teams and the Japanese market, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver data-driven marketing strategies and product education. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to patient safety and infection prevention while building strong relationships with industry experts.

• Act as a technical expert, developing training materials and educating hospital staff on medical device usage.
• Adapt global marketing strategies and sales tools to fit Japanese healthcare market needs.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Analyze market trends and sales data to support pricing and business strategy decisions.
• Lead marketing campaigns and large-scale medical events to drive customer acquisition and growth.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• マーケティング、または理系の学士号
• 日本市場における医療機器マーケティングおよび製品ローンチ経験
• 病院における滅菌・感染対策プロセスに関する知識
• データ分析および技術情報を分かりやすく伝える能力

• コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション能力（複雑な技術内容を分かりやすく説明できること）
• セルフスターター（最低限の指示で複数プロジェクトを同時に推進できること）
• チームワーク（営業チームや海外拠点の多様なステークホルダーと連携できること）

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル

• Photoshopなどのデザインツール使用経験
• 医療機関の滅菌・感染管理部門との業務経験

• Degree in marketing, engineering, or a science-related field.
• Experience in medical device marketing and product launches in Japan.
• Knowledge of hospital sterilization processes and infection control practices.
• Strong experience in data analysis and translating technical concepts into business insights.

• Ability to clearly explain complex technical information in a persuasive manner.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong collaboration skills across sales teams and global stakeholders.

• English: Business level

• Experience with design tools (e.g., Photoshop) and website content management.
• Experience working with hospital sterilization or infection control departments.
