Job Description
■職務概要：
日系クライアントに対して会計・アドバイザリーサービスを提供しつつ、インド人専門家チームとの連携を通じてプロジェクトを推進いただきます。
本ポジションは、クライアントからの信頼向上に直結し、今後の大型案件獲得において重要な役割を担います。
■職務内容：
・日系企業向けの会計・アドバイザリー業務の提供
・財務報告、会計、コンプライアンス領域のレビューおよびサポート
・インド人会計士、税務・法務チームとの連携・調整 ・クロスボーダープロジェクトの推進
・M&Aやトランザクション支援案件への関与 ・Japan Desk機能の強化および顧客関係構築

・日本公認会計士資格
・英語ビジネスレベル
・会計・監査・アドバイザリーいずれかの実務経験（目安5年以上）
・会計および財務報告に関する知識
・異文化環境での業務遂行能力
■歓迎要件Desired qualifications
・海外案件またはクロスボーダー業務の経験
・M&A／トランザクション領域の経験
・会計事務所（Big4または同等）での勤務経験
・インドでの就業や海外勤務への関心
