Compliance Manager (Workplace around MRT Thailand Cultural Centre, Bangkok)
Position: Compliance Manager
Location: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre or MRT Rama 9, Bangkok
Business: Car Leasing , hire purchase
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible all loops in Compliance, Internal Control and Enterprise Risk Management for hire purchase and p-loan second car leasing business.
Develop compliance policies and operational guidelines to ensure alignment with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Hire Purchase Act, Debt Collection Act, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and requirements from regulatory bodies (e.g., Bank of Thailand, AMLO).
Conduct compliance reviews, assess risks, and provide consultation on business operations and internal activities to ensure all departments adhere to applicable regulations.
Manage and resolve complaints or inquiries from regulators, external stakeholders, and customers related to compliance issues or regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and completely, in accordance with applicable laws and reporting obligations.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, such as the Bank of Thailand, AMLO, SEC, SET, and the Office of Consumer Protection.
Prepare compliance risk reports and recommendations for management to improve work processes and ensure regulatory alignment.
Monitor and analyses changes in laws, regulations, and industry announcements that impact the business, and report implications to management.
Provide compliance-related guidance and advisory support to internal teams and departments.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position, salary around 80,000 - 100,000 THB
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields.
Experience to work in Banking, leasing, finance business will be advantage.
Knowledge about compliance for car leasing, COSO workflow, for internal control will be advantage.
Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
Able to work under pressure and different culture.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
Able to travel to work around MRT Thailand Cultural Centre or MRT Rama 9, Bangkok
