Position: Production Manager
Job Description
Manage daily production operations and manpower.
Ensure operators follow work instructions and safety rules.
Monitor production performance and KPIs to meet targets.
Improve productivity, reduce cost, and minimize defects.
Control product quality before delivery to customers.
Analyze and solve production problems using PDCA.
Provide guidance and coaching to production staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in production or manufacturing.
Experience in automotive, steel fabrication, welding, or painting is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to manage large production teams.
Basic English communication skills.
