Job Description
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของงาน (Job Responsibility)
• ประสานงานและสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและผู้รับเหมาชาวจีน
• ทำยอดขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ใหม่กับลูกค้าชาวจีน ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการ และจัดทำข้อเสนอทางธุรกิจ
• ดูแลและเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเดิมผ่านการเข้าพบและการติดต่ออย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• ค้นหาและพัฒนาฐานลูกค้าชาวจีนรายใหม่ โดยวางกลยุทธ์เพื่อให้ได้งานจากลูกค้า
• ทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมงานภายในองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้าและบริการส่งมอบได้ตรงเวลา
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาใดก็ได้ (หากจบด้านธุรกิจ การตลาด วิศวกรรม คณิตศาสตร์ หรือวิทยาศาสตร์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายหรือบริการลูกค้า 1–2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ขายในภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต หรือทำงานร่วมกับธุรกิจจีน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนกลางได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน (มีผลสอบ HSK ระดับ 4 หรือ 5 ขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• ใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (หากมี) สำหรับการสื่อสารประจำวัน การประสานงานภายใน และการจัดทำรายงาน
• มีความสามารถและความมั่นใจในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าที่ใช้ภาษาจีน
• ยินดีรับพิจารณา ผู้สมัครที่เป็นชาวจีน/ไต้หวัน หรือผู้ที่ใช้ภาษาไทย-จีนได้สองภาษา
• ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์สนับสนุนซัพพลายเออร์ โรงงานผู้ผลิต หรือ ลูกค้าที่อยู่ในประเทศจีน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับปานกลาง (สามารถจัดทำรายงานและอีเมลได้)
• บุคลิกภาพดี มีแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน และมีความขยันอดทน
• ต้องมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
