We are a manufacturer based in Samut Prakan, Thailand, specializing in surface treatment of plastic products. From mold design and injection molding to plating, painting, laser processing, printing, and assembly, we provide an integrated one-stop service and deliver high-quality products primarily to the automotive industry.                                
 

Position:                            Project Engineer

Industry:                           Manufacturing, Automotive parts, plastic injection molding, printing

Location:                           Bangsaothong, Samutprakan

Working days/hours:       Monday-Friday, 07:45-17:30 hrs. (3 Saturdays/Year)

Responsibilities:

• Assists the immediate superior in contract review of new projects. 

• Verifies customer supplied items to ensure correctness and recording. 

• Prepares parts specification. 

• Prepares approval samples and documents, and follows up with customer for parts approval. 

• Assist to set up production process for new projects.  

• Recommends quality improvement measures to the immediate superior. 

• Conducts technical discussion and briefings for internal departments (Production//QA) and Vendors. 

• Sources for Vendors to assist in developing production of new projects. 

• Performs all necessary tasks to fulfil project schedules on time with Vendors and internal departments. 

• Assists in the repair and  modification  of current production tooling with  Vendors  and internal  in the shortest time possible.  

• Understand IATF, FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP 

• Conducts New Projects/Product Review for the company’s orientation and preparation, and leads APQP team for new project. 

• Has knowledge and skill about 5S&Small Kaizen, QCC activities, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
   

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, team player, good attitude and logic thinking. 

• Can use computer, Word, Excel, Power point and auto CAD

• Able to read drawing.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related fields

• Able to communicate in English
