คุณสมบัติ
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
อายุระหว่าง 24-30 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 1-3 ปี โดยหากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการผลิตจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีต้นทุน การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง และการบริหารจัดการสินทรัพย์ถาวร
มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านเจ้าหนี้การค้า (Accounts Payable: AP) ลูกหนี้การค้า (Accounts Receivable: AR) และบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป (General Ledger: GL)
มีความคุ้นเคยกับระบบบัญชีหรือระบบ ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
รายละเอียดงาน
ควบคุมวัตถุดิบและสินค้าคงคลัง ตรวจนับสต็อก และกระทบยอดสต็อกจริงกับข้อมูลบัญชี
สนับสนุนงานบัญชีต้นทุน ติดตามการใช้วัตถุดิบ การเคลื่อนไหวสินค้า และวิเคราะห์ผลต่างต้นทุน
ดูแลทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ถาวร การขึ้นทะเบียน การบันทึกค่าเสื่อมราคา และตรวจนับสินทรัพย์ตามรอบ
ดูแลเจ้าหนี้การค้า (AP) ทั้งต่างประเทศด้านการนำเข้า และในประเทศด้านส่งออกและโลจิสติกส์
สนับสนุนงานลูกหนี้การค้า (AR) และบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป (GL) พร้อมบันทึกรายการบัญชีให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน และจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจสอบ
มีส่วนร่วมในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการบัญชีและระบบควบคุมภายในด้านสินค้าคงคลังและต้นทุน
