Job Descriptions
Formulate and execute monthly and annual production plans.
Organize training for key production personnel on advanced technologies to enhance their technical competencies.
Ensure product quality, issue production directives, implement balanced production plans, ensure schedule adherence, and complete order fulfillment tasks.
Oversee identification, maintenance, repair, and decommissioning to ensure all production equipment and tooling remain in optimal working condition and meet production requirements.
Ensure production processes are accurately guided and organize regular inspections to verify compliance with process discipline.
Job Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in process engineering or production management within a manufacturing company.
More than 5 years of production management experience in the medical device industry, with familiarity in relevant regulatory requirements.
Strong learning capability and innovative mindset; excellent planning and execution abilities; possesses basic knowledge of lean manufacturing
Familiar with the technical implementation, design and development controls, and regulatory requirements for Class II or Class III passive catheter products.
