This organization is advancing smart factory transformation by integrating automation, digitalization, and data-driven engineering to enhance productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and lead the factory-wide automation and digitalization roadmap to support long-term manufacturing and business objectives.
Identify and implement automation, robotics, and digital workflow opportunities that improve productivity, process stability, and equipment performance.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical automation, electrical and controls, vision systems, and IoT and network engineering.
Oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, from feasibility and design through installation, validation, and handover.
Establish and maintain engineering standards for automation architecture, coding practices, safety compliance, risk management, and documentation.
Drive smart factory initiatives including machine data connectivity, digital dashboards, predictive maintenance, and advanced inspection technologies.
Act as the technical interface with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align scope, timelines, budgets, and technical solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation & Control Systems or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in Factory Automation as well as exposure to Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives.
Strong technical capability in PLC and HMI programming, Electrical Control Systems, Automation architecture, IoT platforms as well as machine connectivity.
