Job Description
Manage NPI/NPT projects through the Phase Gate process (Pilot, Ramp-Up, Launch, and Post-Launch).
Develop and maintain the project plan: activities, owners, committed dates, and deliverables
Ensure manufacturing readiness: processes, production flow, tooling, documentation, visual aids, and training
Coordinate first builds (Pilot / First Build / First Article) and process validations
Ensure compliance with quality requirements: PFMEA, Control Plan, FAI, APQP (when applicable).
Lead phase reviews and ensure action closure before moving to the next stage
Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering, or related field
Min 8 to 10 years of experience in Process Engineering and new product introduction
Demonstrable experience in technical processes for communication cables, harnesses, or the electronics industry
Participation as a project leader in process transfers and validations
Quality standards: IPC-A-610 (assemblies), IPC-A-620 (cable assemblies), and J-STD-001 (soldering for electronic components)
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experiences
