Company and Job Overview
JAC's client, a real estate company is looking for a MEP Engineer position.
Location: Da Nang
Job Responsibilities

• Job 1 design, shop drawing: To review detail Design docs, and shop dwg, Method statement follow standard, in particular coordination among MEP SYSTEM with STRUCTURE & ARCHITECTURE. To control BIM model LOD 300.

• Job 2 tender, BOQ, contract: To check the BOQ and ensure the contractor complies with the contract.

• Job 3 site coordination: To coordinate contractor, nominated sub-contractors, construction management consultant, designers on site as a sub-leader for mainly M&E. 

• Job 4 site QA/QC: To support M&E QA/QC works and docs on site Coordinate with consultants to check quality records and completion records of the project. To coordinate with supervision consultants to check material quality and construction quality at the site.

• Job 5 site inspection: Supervision & Inspection for Installation, Testing & commissioning, and material. Supervision on constructor's following guidelines of HSE, JSA (Job safety analysis).

• Job 6 site time schedule: Coordinate planning, progress and detailed volume. Manage and implement construction items. 

• Job 7 notice, payment, docs, filing, adm: To review payment and settlement records and work arising from contractors, check Asbuilt drawings.

Job Requirements

• University degree or higher in majoring Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or similar.

• At least 1 high-rise building in Vietnam within Contractor, Construction Management consultant or Developer.

• At least 1 year experience in Japanese/Foreign company. 
  BIM shop dwg related experience Plumbing or Electric works.

• To have basic knowledge of Civil system.

• To have basic knowledge of Safety supervisory.

• Language: Use English at work. 

• Required License for PJ Mgmt Unit: MEP license in VN - Construction Supervision & Valuation

• Honest, enthusiastic and responsible for work, capable of cooperation, coordination, teamwork.

• Skills to work independently and proactively at work.

• Have a progressive spirit and eager to learn.
