このポジションでは、 米国における不動産ポートフォリオを対象に、LPとしての立場からプロジェクトマネジメントおよびアセットマネジメントを統括し、資産価値と収益性の最大化を推進していただきます。開発プロジェクトの管理から既存アセットのパフォーマンス改善まで、戦略的かつ横断的な役割を担うポジションです。
職務内容
不動産開発・運用における全工程（企画〜売却）のマネジメント
外部専門家（設計、建設、開発等）および社内関係者との調整・統括
投資判断に資する市場分析・財務分析の実施
キャッシュフローおよび財務モデルの作成・検証
アセット価値向上に向けた戦略立案・実行
リーシング、テナント対応、契約交渉の監督
予算管理、レポーティング、リスク管理、法令遵守対応
海外拠点および日本側経営層への報告業務
応募資格
不動産、ファイナンス、ビジネス等の関連分野の学士号
開発またはアセットマネジメント分野で8年以上の実務経験
米国不動産市場・規制に関する知見
高い分析力、財務モデリング力、コミュニケーション力
複数案件・複数アセットを同時に管理できる能力
歓迎要件
不動産関連資格（CPM、CCIM、RICS等）
複数タイプの不動産アセットに携わった経験
不動産業界での強固なプロフェッショナルネットワーク

給与 USD150,000-180,000
