職務概要
このポジションでは、 米国における不動産投資案件を対象に、自社資金を用いた新規案件のソーシングおよび初期投資検討を担います。現地のブローカーやデベロッパーとのネットワークを活用しながら、投資判断に至るまでの初期プロセス全般にハンズオンで関与する役割です。
職務内容
米国不動産投資案件の新規ソーシング
ローカルネットワークを活用した投資機会の発掘
初期段階での投資検討、案件スクリーニング
投資判断に向けた初期デューデリジェンスの実施
物件のフィジカル／テクニカル面の一次確認
応募資格
日本語・英語のバイリンガル能力
米国不動産業界での実務経験（3～4年程度）
自社投資環境において、現地で主体的に業務を推進できる方
ローカル関係者との関係構築力および実行力
歓迎要件
住宅または物流アセットの投資・開発・運用経験
設計、建設、EPC、デベロッパー等の技術的バックグラウンド
投資実行における実務判断力・初動対応力
勤務地 カリフォルニア州トーランス (オンサイト勤務)
給与 USD100,000-150,000
