本ポジションでは、クライアント企業の情報資産を守るため、サイバーセキュリティに関する監視・分析・インシデント対応を担っていただきます。企業内でのセキュリティイベントを分析し、適切な対応および再発防止に向けた改善を行う役割です。
セキュリティアラートやログの監視・分析・調査
サイバーインシデント発生時の初動対応、原因分析、復旧対応
OS（Windows / Mac / Linux）およびクラウド環境に関するセキュリティ調査
複数のデータやログを横断的に分析し、脅威の関連性を特定
セキュリティポリシー・ルール・運用プロセスの整備および改善
社内外の関係部署（IT、コンプライアンス、監査など）からの問い合わせ対応
セキュリティ状況や傾向に関するレポート作成
検知ルールや対応手順（プレイブック）の整備・改善
外部ベンダーやサービス利用時のセキュリティ状況の監視
必要に応じて、ジュニアメンバーのサポート・リード
流暢な日本語力と、ビジネスレベルの英語力のある方（読み・書き・会話）
サイバーセキュリティ、インシデント対応、SOC業務などの実務経験
セキュリティログ・データの分析経験
OSやクラウド環境に関する基礎的な知識
論理的思考力と問題解決能力
複数タスクを管理できる時間管理能力
チーム内外との円滑なコミュニケーション力
米国での就労資格を既に保有している方
一般的なサイバー攻撃手法に関する理解
セキュリティ／リスク管理フレームワークの知識
セキュリティ監査やコンプライアンス対応の経験
自動化や運用改善に関わった経験
