•고객 주문 접수 및 Order Entry (ERP/QAD 시스템 활용)
• 대졸 이상
• Order Management 또는 영업지원 관련 경력
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (메일 및 문서 중심)
• ERP 또는 Order Management 시스템 사용 경험
• MS Office 활용 능력 (Excel 등)
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
•Supply Chain / 물류 / Business 관련 전공자
• QAD, Salesforce 등 시스템 사용 경험자
• 수출입 및 물류 업무 경험자
• 다국적 기업 또는 글로벌 환경 근무 경험자
• 고객 대응 및 CS 경험 보유자
