大規模リテール企業のインフラ環境において、仮想基盤およびサーバの構築・運用を担うポジションです。
顧客と密に連携しながら、安定運用と継続的な改善を技術面からリードしていただきます。

職務内容
- 仮想環境（VMware vSphere ESXi）およびWindows／Linuxサーバの構築・運用
- 仮想サーバ構築依頼に対する要件確認、設計、構築、引き渡し対応
- システム変更に伴う事前調査および対応
- 障害対応、原因調査、復旧対応、エスカレーション
- パフォーマンス分析を含むインフラ運用全般
- 顧客・関連ベンダーとの調整および技術的なコミュニケーション
