会社情報：
飲食店（特に日本ブランド）の管理・運営・フランチャイズ展開が主な事業です。
東南アジアやインドへの出店が進んでおり、売り上げ規模も拡大中です。最近では、フードコートにExpressの形態でラーメン店などを次々にオープンしており、複数店舗や複数国の統括経験のある、店舗運営が可能な人材を募集しております。
業務内容：
- 海外フランチャイズ店舗における 売上、コスト比率、来店客数、顧客満足度などの業績・オペレーション指標をモニタリング する
- データを分析し、課題を特定して KPIおよび全体パフォーマンス改善のためのアクションプランを実行 する
- フランチャイズオーナーに対し、主要ビジネス指標の理解と改善施策の実行を サポート・指導 する
- 定期的に店舗訪問 を行い、オペレーション監査、パフォーマンス評価、現場でのコーチングを実施
- マーケティング、商品、トレーニング、サプライチェーン等、社内関連チームと連携しフランチャイズ成功をサポート
- パフォーマンスレポートを作成し、 経営陣およびフランチャイズパートナーへ報告・提案 を行う
- 担当エリアのフランチャイズ店舗への 頻繁な出張
- 日本本社へ 日本語による定期レポート を提出する

Required Skills
必須要件：
- F&B または小売業界での 3年以上の実務経験（複数店舗運営やフランチャイズ管理経験があると尚可）
- P&L、コスト分析、KPI 管理など、データに基づき改善を推進した実績と強い分析力
- フランチャイズパートナーと効果的に協力できる、コミュニケーション能力・関係構築力
- 現場で自律的に対応できる ハンズオン・柔軟・主体的な姿勢
- 日本語での業務遂行能力（日本本社など日本語話者とのやり取りのため）
