Join a rapidly growing international digital platform as a Senior SEO Manager, responsible for driving organic search growth and digital visibility in the Japan market. This role focuses on building and executing large-scale SEO and content strategies that support traffic expansion, user engagement, and business performance.

You will oversee both technical SEO and content optimization initiatives across high-traffic websites serving millions of users. Working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and regional teams, you will lead strategic SEO initiatives while mentoring a team responsible for optimizing large digital properties.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for the Japan market.
• Lead SEO roadmap planning and content strategy development to increase organic traffic and engagement.
• Optimize large-scale websites and digital platforms to improve search visibility and user experience.
• Conduct advanced keyword research and search trend analysis to inform content and optimization strategies.
• Plan and implement SEO initiatives aligned with traffic growth and conversion performance goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists while establishing efficient workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to integrate SEO into digital initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and search market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• SEOやオーガニックグロースマーケティングの実務経験5年以上
• 大規模Webサイトまたは高トラフィックプラットフォームにおけるSEO経験
• Google Analytics、Google Search ConsoleなどSEOツールの実務経験
• SEOチームのマネジメントまたはメンバー育成経験

• データ分析力、データドリブンな戦略立案能力
• 戦略と実務を両方こなせるプレイングマネージャーとしての能力
• 関連部署と適切に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
• 複数プロジェクトを同時に推進できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth marketing, or search strategy.
• Experience managing SEO for large-scale websites or high-traffic digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience managing or mentoring SEO team members.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
