・国内物流（倉庫運営・3PL管理・輸配送・在庫管理・輸出入）の統括およびオペレーション最適化
・チームマネジメント（海外拠点含む）および3PL倉庫のKPI・品質・法規制遵守の管理
・サプライチェーン関連部門との連携によるプロセス改善、コスト最適化、需要予測・S&OP支援

Required Skills
・物流・倉庫・サプライチェーン領域での10年以上の実務経験（3PL運営、在庫管理、輸出入業務含む）
・少人数チームのリーダーシップおよび、現場課題にハンズオンで取り組み改善を推進した経験
・クロスファンクション調整力と高いコミュニケーション能力、ERP（Oracle等）の使用経験および関連法規・品質基準の理解
