・ダイレクトリクルーティングの推進（候補者ソーシング、スカウト活動）
・リファラル採用の推進
・エージェント／ベンダーマネジメント
・採用イベントの企画、実行（屋内）
・採用広報メディアの企画、掲載（屋内）
・採用ブランディングの企画、実行（採用ウェブサイト、SNS、ノベルティなど）

Required Skills
必須要件：
・社会人経験5年以上、内エンジニア採用またはIT関連業務経験3年以上
・日本語、英語でのバイリンガルレベル、または英語での業務経験5年以上（TOEIC 800点以上目安）
・ビジネスレベルのPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint）
・自律的に課題を発見し解決する能力、あらゆる分野のステークホルダーと交渉に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

・日本のテック業界での社内リクルーター経験があれば理想ですが、強力な採用バックグラウンドをお持ちの方
