必須条件
＜経験＞
・事業会社における 会計または税務実務経験（5年以上）
・海外子会社管理、または国際税務に関わる実務経験
＜能力＞
・管理会計全般（予算策定、予実管理、財務分析等）
・高いコミュニケーション能力およびリーダーシップ
・分析力、課題設定力および問題解決能力
・英語での実務遂行能力（目安：TOEIC 800点以上、ビジネスレベル）
歓迎条件
＜経験＞
・クロスボーダーM A、移転価格税制対応の経験
・ヘルスケア事業会社での経験
・多国籍環境での業務経験
＜能力＞
・公認会計士、税理士、USCPAなどの資格保持者
