海外現地法人 責任者候補への赴任を前提とするポジションです。国内本社及び工場にて1～3年程度勤務した後、いずれかの海外拠点に赴任し、下記業務を担当いただきます。
■業務内容
工場における工程管理および人員管理を主とする経営全般
└ 製造部門の工程および人員管理
└ 製造ライン管理、工場運営企画
└ 製品の品質管理
└ 工場全体の労務管理
■国内勤務について
入社後1～3年程度を目安とした国内本社（関西圏）及び工場各部署での業務を通じて、同社の製品や製造工程等を習得した上で海外赴任いただきます。
