■このポジションがもたらす影響
Regional Product Support Engineerとして、地域におけるフィールドエンジニア、テクニシャン、プロダクトサポート担当者を支える技術的中核を担います。
複雑な電気機械装置、コンピュータシステム、ソフトウェア、ネットワークおよび無線システムにおいて、診断、トラブルシューティング、修理、デバッグを行うための専門知識が求められます。
迅速かつ的確な対応により問題を解決し、重要なお客様の満足度向上に貢献します。
■業務内容
・主にDextroの評価およびプロダクトサポートエンジニアとしての技術支援を担当
・プラットフォーム全体に関わる一般的な技術課題について、Account Team（AT）とGlobal Product Support（GPS）間の技術コミュニケーターとしての役割を担う
本社（新横浜）
■働き方
On site Flex：週3日以上を当社または顧客・サプライヤー拠点で勤務し、残りはリモート勤務

Required Skills
必須要件
・半導体装置に関する5年以上の実務経験
・優れた口頭および文書によるコミュニケーション能力（プレゼンテーションスキルを含む）
・国内外への出張が可能であること
・工学系学士号または同等の経験（修士号または博士号があれば尚可）
歓迎要件
・半導体メカトロニクス製品におけるプロダクトサポート経験
・Dextro、ロボティクス、またはテクニカルエンジニアとしての経験
・主体性があり、個人およびチームの双方で貢献できる姿勢
・スクリプト解析能力
・Dextroシステムに関する専門知識、およびPythonまたはC++を用いたスクリプト解釈スキル
・ロボットメカトロニクスに関する知識
・副次的な役割としてのマスメトロロジー製品サポート経験
