・抗体に関する技術移転プロジェクトチームのリーダーとして、社内外の製造サイトへの技術移転を推進する。
・製造サイトの選定、技術移転および製造計画の立案と実行、製造サイトや関連部署との各種調整、各種課題の解決を主導し、安定した商用生産体制を構築する。

必須
・抗体医薬品又はその他バイオ医薬品の製造プロセス開発に従事した経験があること。
・製造施設への製造プロセス技術移転の経験。
・TOEIC730以上。
・年齢、国籍、経験を問わず多様性を理解し、各種ステークホルダーと良好な関係が築けること
望ましい
・海外製造場所への技術移転の経験
・CMCに関わるPJマネジメントの経験
・修士卒以上の学位
・海外赴任経験
