・本社主導のＨRイニシアチブをリードし、各リージョン間の整合の確保・各国のHRメンバーと連携し、方針・運用の標準化を推進・グローバルの報酬プランニングを統括し、各地域横断の調整を支援・HR制度・方針の設計／改定／実装を担い、報酬フレームワークや関連HRプログラムを整備・HRコアシステムの改善を主導し、データ品質、ユーザーエクスペリエンス、業務効率を向上・本社主導の取組みに関するガイダンスを各地域のHRに提供し、経営向けのレポート／分析を作成・HRのトレンドや市場データをモニタリングし、戦略立案と制度設計に反映
