（ア） 主として在米国グループ会社の経営・業績管理・ガバナンス（例：在米国子会社の取締役会のアジェンダセッティング、経営管理規定上の重要事項の承認プロセス、事業計画PDCA、等）
（イ） 主として在米国グループ会社のボルトオン型M AのHD承認プロセス（DDプロセスへの従事を含む）
（ウ） 主として在米国グループ会社間のシナジー発揮や、共同取組のサポート
（エ） HD海外事業の経営管理体制の在り方の検討・立案
＜求められる人物像＞
・入社15年目程度で、当事者意識とチャレンジ精神・起業家精神のあるような部下なしマネージャー（プレイングマネージャー）を想定。
・4 5年程度の海外事業管理の経験を積んだ上で、将来的には海外事業企画部内の他グループ/室、海外グループ会社の駐在員などへの異動を含め、海外事業部門内（あるいは適性に応じて関係部）でのキャリアを展望できる者。

Required Skills
＜必須要件＞
（ア） 商社や銀行、保険会社、持株会社などでの海外子会社経営・管理、または、事業会社のリスクマネージャー等の保険関係部門にて５年以上の実務経験を積んでいること
（イ） 英語によるコミュニケーション力（読み書き、対話に加え、外国人との対人関係構築力を含む。）
＜尚可要件＞
（ウ） 欧米駐在経験、or 欧米子会社経営または管理経験者。
（エ） 買収関連業務経験者。 （←ボルトオン買収が多いTMHCCの経営管理等を念頭に記載）
＊TMHCCはアメリカの当社子会社
＜有用な資格＞
MBA、CPA、CPCUなど。
