（例：現地法人の取締役会運営に対するガバナンス、経営管理規定上の重要事項の承認プロセス、事業計画PDCA等）
2） 東南アジア・インドにおける保険市場分析業務
（例：各国開示情報や投資銀行等を通じた保険業界及び個社の情報収集・分析）
3） 東南アジア・インドにおける成長戦略の立案・実行
（例：成長戦略の立案および戦略実行の手段としてM Aの実行を指揮・実務対応。DDプロセスへの従事を含む）

＜応募要件＞
1） 想定経験年数：社会人経験 約15年程度
2） 求めるバックグラウンド
戦略・総合・M A分野いずれかのコンサルティングファームでの経験。
もしくは、商社や銀行、保険会社、持株会社などでの海外子会社経営・管理や経営企画、事業戦略、コーポレートディベロップメント等の経験。
＜必須要件＞
１）英語によるコミュニケーション力（読み書き、対話、対人関係構築力を含む。）
＜尚可要件＞
１）アジア駐在経験、アジア子会社経営または経営管理
2） 損害保険または金融分野での業務・コンサル経験や、アクチュアリー業務経験
3）MBA、CPA、CPCUなど。
