本ポジションは、社内外のユーザー向けにデータ提供を行う大規模DWHの運用管理を担います。要件調整からタスク管理、アクセス権限対応、障害対応まで、システム運用の中核として活躍いただく役割です。

本ポジションの企業は、国内大手グループ傘下の決済・フィンテック領域で事業を展開する企業です。複数事業・グループ会社へ横断的にデータ提供を行うプラットフォームを運営しています。
職務内容
- DWH運用におけるタスク管理および進行管理
- 各種ユーザーからの要望に基づくデータ取り込み・データ提供の調整
- アクセス権限やID管理などのユーザー管理業務
- 障害発生時の原因調査・エスカレーション・レポート
- プロセス改善や業務効率化の推進
- プロダクトマネージャーや国内PM、インド拠点のエンジニアとの連携
- 約1〜2ヶ月規模の開発プロジェクトへ参画する可能性あり
