本ポジションは、ECサービスにおける商品データや分類構造を取り扱う開発・運用プロジェクトを推進いただく役割です。アジャイルとウォーターフォールを併用するチームで、課題抽出から改善提案、ステークホルダーマネジメントまで幅広くご担当いただきます。企業情報
国内大手インターネットサービスグループのデータ関連部門。
複数サービスを支える商品マスター・分類データの整備を行い、UI/UX向上や事業戦略を支えるミドルバック領域を担っています。
職務内容
- 開発・運用プロジェクトに関する要件ヒアリング・整理
- ステークホルダー管理（問い合わせ対応、進捗管理、品質管理）
- 定義データ作成・更新ツールやAPI開発プロジェクトの管理
- 業務フロー改善の企画・推進
- PMO業務全般
- 課題の早期発見と解決に向けたリード（Scrum Master に近い役割）
条件・待遇
- 長期前提の契約社員ポジション
- 9:00-17:30（休憩12:00-13:00）
- 土日祝休み
- 大規模EC関連データのプロジェクト推進という希少な経験
