新たに調剤薬局事業を展開しており、既存店舗の運営強化と将来的な店舗拡大を見据えた基盤作りを進めています。店舗運営改善の中心メンバーとして、現場支援からマネジメント、新規店舗立ち上げまで幅広い役割を担っていただきます。企業情報

- 既存店舗の売上・利益改善に向けた施策立案および実行
- 店舗支援業務（必要に応じて薬剤師業務含む）
- 管理薬剤師との連携・相談対応・運営サポート
- 店舗オペレーションの改善・標準化・仕組み構築
- 人員配置最適化、採用・教育支援
- 新規店舗の買収検討・推進および立ち上げ支援

- 部分在宅勤務可（10%程度）
- 新規立ち上げフェーズで裁量大
