Finance Business Partner ファイナンスビジネスパートナー - Food Industry 食品業界 (9-15m JPY, 50% WFH, Flextime)



Our client, a prominent company in the food industry, is seeking a Finance Business Partner with a flexible work-from-home policy and adaptable titles and responsibilities based on experience. This role offers the opportunity to influence the entire business from a management perspective, beyond just the finance domain. The position offers a competitive salary of 9-15 million JPY and a 50% work-from-home arrangement.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes
- Monitor and propose KPI improvements for department
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for performance analysis
- Evaluate investments and propose improvements for department
- Enhance management accounting processes using BI tools
- Prepare financial reports and scenario analyses for management
- Influence business strategy from a financial perspective


Qualifications:

- 5+ years in management accounting, FP&A, or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools
- Ability to conduct business in Japanese (mandatory for non-Japanese candidates)
- Experience in strategic or financial roles in QSR, food service, retail, or FMCG is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory
