Job Description:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage management, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through proper stock control, regular cycle counts, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate closely with the E‑commerce team to prepare and fulfill online orders efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert relevant teams when stock is low to support timely replenishment planning.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
• Support product preparation and logistics for livestream sales activities when required.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics partners to ensure smooth operational processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or e‑commerce fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Experience working with WMS or inventory management systems.
• Good coordination skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and third‑party logistics partners.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage day‑to‑day operational issues effectively.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proficient in English with positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and flexible to support operational needs.
