このポジションは、米国における不動産投資事業を担当する企業にて、投資関連業務を幅広くサポートいただくポジションです。アンダーライティング、マーケット調査、取引支援、既存案件の管理など、投資実務全般を担当します。
職務内容
不動産投資に関する財務モデルの構築
投資案件資料のレビュー（レントロール、Argus、財務諸表など）
関係者とのリレーション構築・パイプライン管理
マーケットリサーチおよび競合分析
デューデリジェンスの調整
既存投資案件の進捗管理およびレポート確認
本社向け報告資料の作成
ブローカー、デベロッパー、パートナーなどとの連携
オフィス運営を支える管理業務全般
応募資格
ネイティブレベルの英語力
ビジネスレベルの日本語力
ファイナンス、不動産、経済、ビジネス系いずれかの学士号
不動産取得・投資・キャピタルマーケット領域での3〜7年の経験
Excelを用いた財務モデル構築スキル（Argus経験尚可）
米国不動産市場の理解
高いコミュニケーション能力、調整力、マルチタスク能力
歓迎要件
マルチファミリー、物流、オフィス案件のアンダーライティング経験
JV構造・ウォーターフォールモデルの知見
日本企業や多国籍企業での就業経験、日本文化への理解
勤務地 カリフォルニア州エルセグンド（ハイブリッド勤務可能）
その他 必要に応じて国内出張あり
給与 USD100,000-130,000
