メニューイノベーション・コンセプト企画
グランドメニューおよび季節プロモーションのコンセプト立案・提案
（目的、戦略、ターゲット顧客、メニュータイプ、目標粗利率 など）最新のフードトレンド、調理技術、顧客嗜好の把握と先行対応
研究・商品開発
各種キャンペーン（グランドメニュー、プロモーション、ボナンザ等）向けの商品開発および改良
オペレーションの簡素化、正確な原価管理、安定した品質の確保原価分析・価格設定
最新の購買データに基づく詳細なメニュー原価計算
粗利益の算出および商品販売価格の確定・承認試食・承認プロセス
社内、社外、経営層向けの試食会の実施
フィードバックの収集、商品受容性の確認および経営承認の取得SOP・オペレーション
効率的な調理SOP（標準作業手順書）の作成
キッチン設計およびオペレーションチームとの連携・導入支援売上・パフォーマンス分析
商品発売後の売上動向をモニタリングし、改善提案を実施部門間連携
マーケティング、購買、オペレーション、ハラール関連チームと連携し、商品ローンチ準備および撮影対応を行う継続的改善
部門内の業務効率化およびイノベーション施策を支援
・英語：中級レベル以上
・和食分野での実務経験
・メニュー開発、試食、撮影対応における豊富な経験
・料理長（ヘッドシェフ）または同等のマネジメントポジション経験
・Microsoft ExcelおよびPowerPointを用いた資料作成・プレゼンが可能
・日本料理の技法、食材、盛り付け基準に関する深い知識
・最小限の指示で自律的に業務遂行ができる方
