COMPANY OVERVIEW
A global manufacturer of natural food and beverage ingredients is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join the team. This role involves coordinating regulatory approvals and ensuring food ingredients comply with Asia‑Pacific regulations, customer requirements, and dietary laws through close work with global teams and local authorities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage regulatory approvals and ensure Kalsec food ingredients comply with Asia‑Pacific regulations and dietary laws.
- Work with global teams and local authorities to support product registrations and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting food ingredients and share updates internally.
- Handle customer regulatory inquiries, including documentation on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate product regulatory databases and support continuous process improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 8+ years of regulatory affairs experience in the food industry, with regional (Asia) exposure.
- Strong ability to interpret regulations and provide clear guidance to internal teams and customers.
- Comfortable managing high volumes of requests under tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with strong written communication and documentation skills.
