Job Description
急成長中のオートメーション企業にて、半導体製造プロセスおよび自動搬送システムの研究開発を推進する、革新的なサイエンティストを募集しています。
本ポジションは、基礎科学を現実世界のエンジニアリング課題に応用することに情熱を持つ方に最適です。エンジニアや他部門と密接に連携し、科学的知見を実用的なソリューションへと落とし込み、半導体製造オートメーションの未来を切り拓いていただきます。
職務内容
- 材料科学、物理学、化学の分野における科学的研究の実施（半導体製造プロセスに重点を置く）
- 半導体製造ワークフローおよび自動搬送システム（AMHS）の分析・最適化
- AMHSの性能向上および製造全体の効率改善に向けた科学モデル・理論の構築
- 半導体歩留まりに影響を与える要因の特定・分析と、それらの知見をAMHSおよび生産プロセス改善へ統合
- 仮説立案および実験設計を通じた、AMHSの設計支援、検証、トラブルシューティング
- エンジニアリング、製造、オペレーションなどの部門横断型チームとの連携による研究成果の実装とイノベーション推進
- CEO直下のポジションのため、レポートはCEOへ行います
応募要件
- 物理学、化学、材料科学のいずれかにおける学士号以上
- 学士号取得者の場合、関連分野での実務経験5年以上
- 高い分析力、モデリング能力、問題解決力
- 半導体製造プロセスに関する確かな基礎知識
- 多分野・多部門のチームで効果的に協働できる能力
- 半導体業界での実務経験があれば尚可
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
