PR/160327 | Production Planning & Process Control Manager (CNC Machining)

Our client is newly established manufacturing company in Malaysia. They are doing high-precision plastic machining. Currently they are looking for a Process Management professional to support their new manufacturing project. This role focuses on manpower planning, work-hour control, progress tracking and cost management to ensure production activities run efficiently.

• Location to Work: Sepang, Selangor (On-site / Factory based) 

• Immediate Intake

Key Responsibilities: - 

• Plan and manage manpower allocation and work hours based on internal production processes. 

• Monitor daily and weekly production progress and ensure execution aligns with production plans 

• Track and control manufacturing costs, including labor related expenses

• Identify deviations, risks or delays and report issues promptly to group management

• Coordinate closely with group management to resolve operational or process related issues

• Support continuous improvement in process efficiency and cost optimization  

Requirements: - 

• Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering

• Experience in process management, production planning, operations control or cost management

• Background from manufacturing, industrial or production environment is preferred

• Strong skills in planning, coordination and progress tracking

• Able to work with cross functional teams and report issues clearly

• Detail oriented, structured and comfortable working in fast paced production setting
