主な業務内容：
鍛造用金型設計・技術指導
製品品質の確認、問題分析、改善・再発防止策の立案
鍛造設備・機械の保全指導、メンテナンス教育
ローカル技術者へのOJT・技術レクチャー
日本側（親会社）との技術的な連携・報告
鍛鍛造分野での実務経験（工程・金型・品質いずれか）
鍛造の現場が好きな方
ローカルスタッフと協働できる英語力（日常会話レベル）
海外（特にマレーシア）での勤務に興味・関心のある方
