■Key Requirements
Cross‑functional leadership experience across Manufacturing / Sales / Administration
Managerial experience in the manufacturing industry
Strong communication skills, including reporting to Japan HQ in Japanese
Ability to lead with a business-oriented, executive mindset
■ Role Overview
Oversee key functions across India operations (Manufacturing, Sales, Administration)
Lead factory operations, productivity, quality improvement, and organizational development
Drive sales strategy and manage key customer relationships
Handle HR, finance, governance, and compliance initiatives
Expected to grow into a future MD role, based on performance and capability
