このポジションは、中高年層向け人材サービスにおける Web プロダクトまたは社内基盤システムを技術面からリードする役割です。プロダクト成長に直結する重要機能の設計・実装からチームディレクションまで一貫して担います。

職務内容
・ユーザー向け Web サービスまたは社内業務フロー基盤の技術リード・要件定義、仕様策定、アーキテクチャ設計、実装、コードレビュー
・AI/LLM を活用したスコアリング・マッチングロジックの設計および実装
・業務効率化や自動化に向けたシステム開発の推進
・少人数の開発組織におけるディレクションおよび品質担保
・Next.js／TypeScript／Ruby on Rails などを用いた Web アプリケーション開発全般
