データセンター夜勤オペレーション リーダー（BPO立ち上げ）
■ 職務概要
外資系企業・データセンター向けに提供する夜勤オペレーション（20:00〜8:00）の立ち上げおよび運用管理を担当いただきます。
本ポジションは単なるオペレーターではなく、チーム全体の品質・教育・運用設計を担うリーダーポジションです。
■ 業務内容
- 夜勤データセンターオペレーションの統括
- チケット対応、エスコート、電話対応の管理
- メンバー（未経験含む）の教育・育成
- 日勤チームとの引継ぎ・パスダウン管理
- インシデント発生時の初動対応・判断
- マニュアル整備および運用改善
- クライアントとのコミュニケーション（必要に応じて）
■ 勤務時間
20:00〜8:00（12時間勤務・休憩あり）
