Job Description
【職務内容】
・投資用不動産会社で開発用地の仕入れ、開発物件の販売をご担当頂きます。
【具体的には（例）】
・9:30～12:00メールチェック、仲介業者との打ち合わせ
・12:00～13:00昼休憩
・13:00～15:00仲介会社及び仕入先への営業訪問
・15:00～16:00仕入検討案件を建設事業本部と打ち合わせ
・16:00～17:00売買契約書作成
・17:00～19:30進捗状況の社内共有、物件の概要書作成
