Description
- Lead backend system architecture and make technical decisions for high-traffic services
- Translate business requirements into high‑quality, timely feature delivery
- Drive project execution across design, development, testing and release
- Develop and operate backend features using Java/Spring Boot and REST APIs
- Oversee service monitoring, production troubleshooting and reporting
- Handle operational tasks including inquiry management, investigations and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable system evolution

Required Skills
Must-Have:
- 5+ years as a technical lead for high‑traffic web systems
- Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture
- Experience with production monitoring, troubleshooting and incident reporting
- 5+ years of Java / Spring Boot backend development
- Strong REST API design and development skills; JUnit and code review experience
- Experience with Oracle or MySQL
- Experience using Tomcat or WebLogic
- Linux, Git and Gradle proficiency
- CI/CD experience using Jenkins or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and container architectures
- Business-level English communication
- Performance, load or stress testing
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana or Kibana
- 3+ years of PHP development with any framework
- Experience building Kubernetes environments
- CKA or CKAD certification
