- FOH／BOHを含むオペレーション全体の統括
- ガストロノミー基準・サービス品質・法令遵守の管理
- P&L管理、食材・飲料コストおよび労務費の最適化
- CRMを活用したローカル／インターナショナル顧客対応
- VIP・法人顧客向けの施策、イベント・マーケティングの推進
