• Has 7+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience, including work with frameworks such as Spring Boot or Play Framework.
• Brings proven leadership experience, having guided a team of around five members as a Project Lead or Technical Lead.
• Communicates effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and excels in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and thrives in high‑traffic production environments, with solid skills in troubleshooting, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
