Job Description
- Manage Weld Shop quality activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Hands-on experience in Welding Parts Manufacturing Processes, especially Frame and Muffler components.
- Support and manage Documentation and quality readiness.
- Analyze and resolve Incoming Parts Quality Loss, In-Process issues, Stop Dispatch situations, Customer complaints, and Market claim issues.
- Ensure ISO system compliance and maintain required quality documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Design and implement strong quality control processes to prevent stop dispatch and sales loss.
- Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quality operations.
